LJ Hooker Commercial Unveils Its Top International Performers

LJ Hooker Commercial has named its top international performers across the network following the completion of its annual awards tour through Australia and New Zealand. 

LJ Hooker Commercial Bankstown took out the top honour for the network – International Commercial Office of the Year. The business, which services clients in the industrial heartland of Sydney’s south-west corridor, delivered the most combined sales, leasing and asset management outcomes across the network for the last financial year. Led by owner-directors Tim Byrne and Jon Orsborn (pictured above), the office is highly regarded for their market knowledge, marketing expertise and connections that reach from small business owners to institutional investors. 

Mr Orsborn, himself, enjoyed a stellar 12 months, being named Top Commercial Salesperson across the network. 

In Queensland, LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane was named Runner-up Top Commercial Office of the Year. Based in Springwood, the business, under the leadership of Kerry and Ben Armstrong (pictured below), has developed a profile for excellence that has seen it engaged from the Gold Coast to Far North Queensland.  

LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane’s Manoli Nicolas (pictured below) was also named Runner-up Top Commercial Salesperson of the Year.
