"I owned a property at 39 Crown Street, Woolloomooloo that I decided to sell. Being an active player in the Sydney commercial property market, I reached out to a number of reputable agent that I have had previous dealings with. Despite having an exclusive arrangement and a marketing budget, they were unable to find a buyer. I then reached out to another reputable agent who was unable to sell it after two months. Steven was competent in every possible way including his professional conduct and transparency in our communication.
