LJ Hooker Commercial Perth has capped off a stellar 12 months advising investors, tenants and occupiers across the state by being named the real estate group’s top WA office on the weekend.
Led by directors Vincent Siciliano and Brian Neo, the agency – which offers sales, leasing, asset management and advisory services across industrial, office, retail, medical, hospitality and development sites – transacted more deals for clients than any other agency in the Group over the last year.
Some of the major sales the agency facilitated over the last 12 months included:

- Childcare Centre portfolio at Kalgoorlie, Harrisdale, Brabham and Piara Waters - $18.4m;
- 31-35 Jarrad Street, Cottesloe - $5.8m;
- 1-7 Napoleon Street, Cottesloe - $4.825m;
- 275 Mary Street Wanneroo - $4.3m;
- 335 Churchill Avenue, Subiaco - $4.225m;
- 9-19 High Street Fremantle - $3.5m (going concern).
Mr Siciliano said the office’s full-service offering and collaborative approach for clients resonated with multinationals and government departments through to high-net worth families and SMEs.

The office was also awarded the Most Productive Agency award for the Group, which recognises the team that generates the most value for clients, per agent / leasing specialist.
Sales and leasing agent Jack Bradshaw, from the office, was also named the Top Commercial Salesperson for the Group.
