Perth fringe specialist joins LJ Hooker Commercial
National property group LJ Hooker Commercial has bolstered its Perth chapter with the appointment of former Burgess Rawson Director and Equity Partner Brian Neo as its new Director of Commercial.
Mr Neo, who spent 14 years at Burgess Rawson, joins the LJ Hooker Commercial Perth team headed by Vincent Siciliano.
The city fringe specialist said the prospect of joining a boutique agency as the Perth market was starting to see green shoots was an exciting prospect.
“I’ve known Vincent for over 12 years and he’s developed a business where we believe our synergies and work ethics will go hand in hand to build an even better business and a highly respected team,” said Mr Neo.
“A lot of my clients and contacts have interests throughout the city fringe. With the LJ Hooker Commercial team headquartered in West Perth, I’ll be on the doorstep of many of my clients and their interests.
“I’m currently working with a lot of high net worth international and local investors looking to get in on the ground floor of the Perth recovery and we’re already seeing transaction volumes rise across the city fringe.”
Mr Neo’s resume boasts a string of notable sales and leasing transactions throughout Perth including the sale of the Cancer Council’s new headquarters in Subiaco for $15,275,000 and the lease negotiation to the West Leederville Private Hospital in West Leederville. His contacts and negotiation skills have resulted in him being one of Perth’s most active commercial agents.
Mr Siciliano welcomed Mr Neo at a time of flux for the Perth Market.
“Brian has an outstanding mix of enthusiasm and business acumen which has served his clients exceptionally well,” said Mr Siciliano.
“His skills set extends across sales to leasing in the office, medical and retail markets. In particular, he’s regarded as the go-to advisor through the inner ring of West Perth, Subiaco, Claremont and Nedlands.
“He’s a great acquisition for our growing team.”
