The Property Council of Australia has highlighted three current trends in tenant requests.

As businesses around the world begin to make commitments to eco-friendly corporate practices, investors may need to address the demand for green workplaces. Rooftop gardens, solar panels, blackwater recycling and natural ventilation are just some options for the environmentally aware investor to consider.
