Construction is underway on the next stage of a major residential development at Sydney Olympic Park - a project that is likely to attract the interest of property investors.
According to a News Limited report, the One Australia Avenue building - which will become the tallest tower in western Sydney - is the third stage of Australia Towers.
The first tower, completed last year, boasts 216 apartments, while the second tower - which is due to be finished late 2014 - features 267 apartments.
With 13 sales across the two towers fetching over the $1 million mark, high-end buyers looking for a property investment in one of Sydney's "few master-planned suburbs" may be interested in the development.
The third and final building will feature a sky-high roof garden, as well as a gymnasium and several retail and commercial spaces, the Property Observer reported.
For those who are interested, one bedroom apartments range in price from $480,000 to $690,000, while two-bedroom dwellings range from $575,000 to $845,000.
There are also three and four-bedroom dwellings, with the priciest apartment costing $2.6 million.
Australia One Avenue is due for completion mid-2015.
